intacam offers affordable, flexible, value for money rates and payment arrangements for its services which take into account:
the nature of the work required
the volume of the work required
the duration of the commitment required (ad hoc, short term, medium term)
the expertise required by intacam's team
the location of the work required
risk factors around the financial standing of the client (as assessed by intacam)
insurances required by the client
the client's willingness to pre-pay hours of service, reconciled later against actual hours, rather than to pay in arrears based on Intacam extending credit (additional credit charges apply)
whether the client seeks a fixed price for services (not available in all cases)
whether the client wishes to pay via EFT or BPay or by credit card (credit card processing fees apply)
The most cost-effective payment mechanism available to clients is pre-payment by EFT or BPay.
Retainer Arrangements
intacam is prepared to enter into a retainer arrangement if required by the client to secure priority attention to the client's needs.
Out of Hours Support
intacam is prepared, within reason, to provide out of hours support to meet client needs and deadlines at the same flat rate. intacam does not charge a premium for out of hours service.
Equity Arrangements
In special circumstances, intacam may be willing to trade professional services for equity in the client's business - subject to terms approved by intacam.
