intacam's Business Model Mapper^TM

intacam has adapted the Total Business Model Template Framework* to a handy interactive tool that can guide the process of capturing, recording and presenting high level information on core elements of an organisation's operational or project business model connected by its underlying fabric of communication.
 

The Business Model Mapper can then be used throughout the organisation to guide managers and operating areas on the components that make up the complete business model design as well as the alignment of business planning and key documents with the business model and the organisation's market position.

The full set of business model components required to work together to achieve the organisation's objectives will then be on display and can be readily updated and used to play 'what if' for different versions of business model.   The underlying fabric of communication represented by the people in the organisation can also be revealed and the health of its communication style can be regularly monitored.
