intacam will use its database driven Business Model Issues Manager software to capture and track progress and decisions on key issues of relevance to the organisation that are likely to require business owner or senior manager resolution to clarify or correct the organisation's business model.
 

The Business Model Issues Manager will be configured against the core components of the Business Model Mapper to ensure alignment of issues management with the Business Model Mapper and to provide traceability of problem resolution and management decision-making on corrective actions.  

The software can be further configured for web access by authorised staff along with email notification of issue changes to provide real-time tracking of business model development and change.
