The people in your organisation make the wheels go around and they are an essential ingredient in the success of your business model - they provide the fabric of communication that underpins business model success.
Have you ever thought about these questions?
How well do your people communicate and work together and with suppliers and customers to meet the goals of your business model?
Do they each understand their own behaviours and communication styles and their strengths and weaknesses?
Do they know how to influence and mentor others?
Is your team working in harmony?
A DISC analysis of each key person in your team will help you address these questions and may generate business model performance improvements.
What does DISC offer?
DISC is a well-known personal profile system that can help people learn more about their behaviours and communication styles. DISC is easy to understand and to apply in everyday situations. It measures how people influence others and it helps them better understand what motivates other people so that they can plan how to work better with them.
DISC is a simple but powerful self-awareness tool that lets people achieve:
a better understanding of how to communicate best with others and to achieve a 'common language of communication'
a greater level of confidence in their ability to communicate with others and to coach and influence them
a new approach to building strong relationships, trust and long term loyalty with people in their work and personal life
How is a DISC analysis conducted?
A trained assessor will conduct a private DISC session with each participant and the results will remain confidential to that person.
The DISC process will:
explore and measure assertiveness levels and communication styles
look at how participants deal with daily realities
discuss how others can be motivated and influenced
create a results report on the participant's personal communication and management style
develop strategies for enhancing each participant's personal communication approach
